Mavrck has updated its onboarding experience to make it even easier to identify your most influential customers. The new flow is tailored to accommodate customers with different levels of influence, and to route them towards the experience and campaigns that best match their potential to collaborate with your brand.
First, a user is presented with a welcome screen. The goal of this screen is to capture the attention of all types of influencers, from advocates to bloggers with lots of social following.
The copy and image are drawn from the “Meta Tag” item within the Configuration sidebar item, as shown here:
The user is then prompted to connect their Facebook account and verify their address:
They are then prompted to connect their Instagram account
The image that appears is also configurable from the “Creative” section within the Configuration sidebar item
At this point, Mavrck asses the user’s Instagram influence and routes them one of two ways.
If the user is deemed an influencer, we ask them for as other social networks they post on, and additional information about the topics they post about.
From there, we can recommend what the best activity for them to participate in is. For example, if someone with a large Instagram following joins your program, they will be asked to apply to the most recent Create Content activity, as seen below.
A user with a smaller social following will be routed to your community, where they can complete other types of activities.
If you are onboarding known influencers and want to make sure they are not routed to the community experience, you can bypass the influence check by adding the “?mode=influencer” to the end of the URL. (https://[brand_id].mavrck.co/join?mode=influencer). This mode will bypass the influence checks and route them through the influencer flow regardless of their social following metrics.
After applying or declining to apply to a campaign, the user is thanked and asked to refer fellow influencers to the community. This is also where the user will be routed to if there is not currently a live Create Content activity.
