Since we introduced the Conversations module - a better way to handle influencer questions from within the platform - we noticed that many of our customers were repeatedly using the same responses over and over. In an effort to reduce the need for retyping or copying and pasting the same email messages we have introduced Canned Responses. A canned response is just that, a reusable message that can be applied to any response whenever common questions arise.
Canned responses are located under a new tab in the Notification section. To create a canned response you only need to go to Notifications > Canned Responses and click the "+" action button on the bottom righthand corner of the screen.

You can add a new canned response in the same way you would create or edit any other notification template in the platform. After clicking the "add new" button simply add a title, message body and click SAVE.

Note: Merge tags are fully supported for canned responses as well.
To use a canned response when replying to a message just click on the icon in the footer of the reply panel. You can select from the list or, if you have multiple responses, type in the title of the response you'd like to use.

Note: You can apply more than one canned response. Just select another response and it will be added to the bottom of the message.
There will be enhancements and improvements to canned responses in the future, including metrics to show how often they are applied, opened, etc. In the meantime we hope that this feature will help make communicating with influencers much more efficient.
