As part of a create content activity, brand managers will have access to the "Influencers" tab. This page provides a visual representation and a set of tools for managing groups of influencers as they move through the activity workflow.
Influencers are broken up into these groups based on where they are in the activity workflow: Candidates, Applicants, Participants and Complete. Each group's view includes a unique set of the influencer's information, and filters based on the specific tasks a brand manager needs to perform to move the influencers towards the successful completion of the activity.
Clicking on the title card for each group will load that list
Candidates: Anyone who has been added to the activity list but hasn't completed an application yet. You can add people to an activity list - either individually or in bulk - from the activity itself, from Search (Influencers > Search) or by using the action bar in the influencer details modal. You can find more about adding influencers to an activity here.
Applicants: People who have successfully opted in by filled out the activity application. To opt in a person will need to authenticate with Facebook, connect any other necessary social media account (Instagram in most cases), confirm their contact information and optionally answer additional questions the brand requires as part of the application process. The main goal of this stage is to curate your applicants and select which influencers you would like to participate in the activity.
Participants: The list of people that the brand has reviewed and accepted into the activity. Incentives can be awarded, creative briefs or other instructions are distributed and the brand manager will work with the influencer to ensure the assignment is complete in a timely fashion.
Complete: Influencers that have completed the required action e.g. created a post on Instagram.
Filtering and Sorting
There are three sets of filters for each group Primary, Performance and Additional. While the performance and additional filters remain consistent across all the groups, the primary filters are variable. Specific filters be displayed based on the stage the influencer is in and the available data. For example: Activity status is not shown on the Candidates list because they may not have completed an application yet.
