One important part of managing a create content activity is deciding which influencers are the best fit for any given campaign. As influencers complete the activity application they will be displayed in the Applicants list. The main objective of this screen is to review interested influencers and decide who you would like to accept into the activity.
You and your team members can use this screen to filter applicants and review their most recent posts to assess their potential fit for the activity. The final stage of this curation process is to either accept or reject influencers from the activity and then invite them to participate.
The available filters for the Applicants view are broken up into three groups: Primary, Performance and Additional filters. Use a combination of these filters to hone in on the influencers that match the criteria for this activity.
Primary filters include "Activity Status" which can be either Pending (default), Accepted or Rejected. There is also location and basic demographic information. Additionally, if you had added any question to your activity application you can filter influencers by their response by selecting the question and response from the "Influencer Data Points" drop down menu.
Primary Filter set
Performance filters represent the performance of the influencer's most recent posts. In general this will include the last 20-25 social posts but may be less depending on how active an influencer is on a particular network.
Performance filters (per post)
Followers (Reach), average likes and average comments
The final filter set is used to help determine if an influencer has used a particular hashtag or has been added to another influencer list on the Mavrck platform.
In addition to filters, you can also sort the list of applicants by their performance on certain networks. Sorting options can be found in the header bar of the Applicants list.
Reviewing Influencer Content
Being able to see the previously created content of an influencer is probably the strongest indicator of whether they can produce the right kind of content for your brand or campaign. By clicking on the profile image, you'll be taken to the "Accounts" tab in the profile modal and will be shown the most recent (~20-25) posts they have created.
From this view you can "Accept" or "Reject" the from the current activity OR use the upvote and downvote buttons as a means to assess them prior to making a final decision. To move through the other influencers on the Applicants list use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons.
During the curation process, particularly as part of a collaborative team, you may want to first assess an influencer and "vote" on whether you feel they should be accepted or rejected. As seen above you can do this in the footer of the profile modal. You can also vote on the Applicant list and then sort or filter by the votes they have received. You can also see how members of your team voted.
Accepting and Rejecting
Once you have decided that an influencer is (or is not) a good fit for the activity, you will need to accept or reject them accordingly. Acceptance will move this influencer (or influencers) from Applicants to Participants. Rejected influencers will remain on the Applicants list. Similar to voting setting this status can be accomplished by using the profile modal or directly from the Applicants list.
To accept one or more influencers from the list select their row and choose "Set Status" and "Accepted" from the action menu and click "OK".
