We just released a new forecasting feature! This feature helps you visualize the performance potential of the influencers in each create content stage. It also allows you to see if you’re on track to activate the correct number of influencers, as well as hit your goals for engagements, impressions, and engagement rate. If anything is amiss, it helps make it clear where you’re falling short so you can get back on track.
This feature can be found by navigating to the influencers tab of a create content campaign and selecting the speedometer icon in the top right (by the export button).
Forecast calculation (for first three columns):
Value in Complete + (Value in Participants * 0.80)
Note: Based on our internal data, 0.80 (80%) is the average completion rate (the percentage of influencers who will post) for influencers after receiving their incentive.
Average engagement rate (for all rows):
Total Average Engagements / Total Average Impressions
If the forecasted influencer number is:
Less than the Target Influencer Count, then the number will be red
Greater than or equal to the Target Influencer Count, then the number will be green
Note: Target Influencer Count is set in the Setup tab under “Marketing Plan".
If your forecasted engagement rate is lower than you’d like, you can focus on accepting influencers with high engagement rates. If while evaluating the influencers that have already applied you notice that the engagement rate for people in Applicants is low, then you should focus on finding and inviting more influencers with high engagement rates.
