Whether you forgot your password, or are just looking to make a change, the Platform makes it easy for you to manage your password.
If you remember your current password…
- Log in to the Platform. Click on your email address in the upper-right corner and choose Account from the drop-down.
- Enter your current password and the new password you would like to use in the appropriate fields.
- Scroll down and click Save Changes to set the new password.
If you have forgotten your current password…
- Go to the Platform login page and click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account. Click Request New Password.
- Check your email inbox for an email from the Platform.
- Open the password reset link within your email.
- Enter the new password you would like to use and click Reset Password.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain a number, letter, and symbol.
Note: This article pertains to marketers changing their password to the marketing Platform. This is a separate process from influencer password changes.
