If you remember your current password…

1. Log in to the Platform. Click on your email address in the upper-right corner and choose Account from the drop-down.
2. Enter your current password and the new password you would like to use in the appropriate fields.
3. Scroll down and click Save Changes to set the new password.

If you have forgotten your current password…

1. Go to the Platform login page and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account. Click Request New Password.
3. Check your email inbox for an email from the Platform.
4. Open the password reset link within your email.
   
5. Enter the new password you would like to use and click Reset Password.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain a number, letter, and symbol.

Note: This article pertains to marketers changing their password to the marketing Platform. This is a separate process from influencer password changes.
