Occasionally, content may be pulled into to a campaign that you do not want to include under your performance reports. Examples include images from influencers who did not follow brief instructions or an influencer who did not make your product the focal point of their image.
In these scenarios, marketers can unbind content from a campaign to avoid skewing any data.
- Naviagte to the Content tab of the campaign you would like to unbind content from.
- Hover over the post you would like to unbind and click the three-dots icon that appears on the bottom left corner of the post.
- Click "Unbind this post from [campaign title]."
- If you would like to mark the influencer as incomplete and move them back in the workflow after removing their post, toggle this on in the dialog. In some scenarios, like if the influencer has made additional posts, you may want to leave the influencer in their current workflow stage.
- Click Confirm.
With the ability to unbind posts, you are in control of reporting on your campaign.
