Once you have reviewed and accepted influencers to your campaign, it is helpful to ask influencers to confirm their participation. This will ensure the influencers are aware of, and still committed to completing the campaign requirements and collect up to date contact information that you might need for any shipping purposes. The Platform provides you with tools to collect and track influencer confirmations efficiently.
Step 1: In the “Message Templates” Sub-Tab of the “SETUP” Tab within your campaign, customize and review the Member Accepted message template. This message includes a confirmation link that will prompt influencers to confirm their contact details and participation status.
Step 2: Navigate to the “WORKFLOW” tab of your campaign.
Step 3: Select all influencers in the appropriate stage by clicking the “Select All” checkbox.
Step 4: Click “NOTIFY”.
Step 5: Select the “Member Accepted” template from the “Pick a template” drop down.
Step 6: Click “SEND”.
Step 7: Monitor influencer status updates via the small icons on their profile images.
Note: All influencers on the WORKFLOW tab will automatically be marked with a small grey question mark icon indicating they have not yet confirmed their participation. Once an influencer confirms their participation, this icon will automatically turn green and show a check mark. If an influencer opts-out of the campaign, this icon will automatically turn red and show an “x”.
To filter by participating status:
Step 1: From the “WORKFLOW” tab within your campaign, click on the “OTHER” filter.
Step 2: Click the “Participating Status” drop down.
Step 3: Check off the box next to any status you would like to show up on your filtered list (Opted Out, No Response, and/or Confirmed).
EXAMPLE: You may want to filter for individuals with “No Response” to remind them to confirm their participation.
