There may be times when it is beneficial for influencers to create and submit content without ever posting it on a social network. In certain cases, it may makes sense to add this as a requirement for a campaign completion. To support these use cases, we have added a feature that will allow you to add "non-network" content requirements during campaign setup. Below are the steps required to utilize this option as part of a create content campaign.
Adding a non-network Requirement
Step One: Add a new campaign by clicking the "+ Create Campaign" button, selecting "Create Content" and complete the rest of the wizard steps.
Step Two: In the Influencer Requirements Sub Tab of the Setup Tab click "Add Requirement" and then click the "Create Content" option.
Step Three: In the Create Content dialog, select either "Image" or "Video" from the Type drop down menu.
Step Four: Update the Count to reflect the number of items you'll be requiring the influencer to submit.
Step Five: Complete the rest of the campaign setup as you would any other create content campaign.
Influencer Workflow
As this feature doesn't involve posting on a social network, to complete the requirement the influencer must submit the content directly to the Platform. To accomplish this we have updated the influencer self-reporting tool to include the same image and video selections.
NOTE: First ensure you have sent the influencer a link to the self-reporting tool by including the "Self-Report Content Link" merge tag in one of your notification templates.
Step One: Click on link to the self-reporting tool.
Step Two: Select Image or Video from the Content drop down menu.
Step Three: Select a file from the computer and click "Add Content"
Step Four: Content successfully uploaded will be displayed in a preview.
Step Five: Repeat steps 1-4 for any additional content requirements (if necessary)
Reviewing Content
Any content submitted as part of the campaign workflow described above will be presented in both the Content Tab of the campaign, as well as in the main Content Section of the Platform.
Exporting
If you need access to the original video or image files, click on the export icon in the Content Section, and select "Export Summary and Content". Any images will be downloaded automatically and links to video files will be available in the export summary csv files.
