The Reports Section of the Platform allows you to view performance data over time across all your campaigns or individual reporting groups. This is the perfect place to explore and evaluate the overall performance of your influencer marketing efforts on a high level.
There are three panels within the Reports section:
- Filters: On the left side of the screen there is a panel of filters you can apply to your data, including date range, campaign, instance, reporting group, and individual metrics.
- Chart: At the top of the screen, data is visualized in an interactive chart.
- Table: Below the chart, all data is contained in a table. There is a row for each performance metric.
Available filters:
- Date range: To see performance data from a particular time frame, enter a range using the date fields at the top of the Filters panel.
- Instances: If your brand or client uses multiple instances in the Platform, you can report on data from multiple instances by selecting them in the Instances field.
- Campaigns: To view data for one or more specific campaigns, use the Campaigns field to make selections.
- Reporting Group: To view data for a group of campaigns, select a Reporting Group from the dropdown menu. For more information on using reporting groups, click here.
- Metrics: To change which metrics appear in the chart, make selections in the Metrics dropdown.

- Group By: To change the timeframe data is grouped by, select a timeframe in the Group By dropdown.
- Note: The dates shown under the chart or in the top row of the table represent the first day of that timeframe.
Available metrics:
- Total pieces of content
- Surveys collected
- Reviews submitted
- Total engagements
- Total impressions
- Content Reach
- Network-specific content total, engagements, and impressions for all networks
- Clicks
- Conversions
- Conversion Value
- New Registered Influencers
- Influencers Creating Content
- Average Review Rating
- Average Review Length
Tip: To see what each metric means, hover over the "i" icon to the left of the metric on the table.
Exporting data:
The chart and table can be exported separately. To export, simply click the export icon on either the chart or table.
The table exports as CSV document. The chart can be exported in PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG format.
