Note: These instructions apply to personal accounts and Creator accounts that are not connected to a page on Facebook.
- Make sure you are logged into your Instagram account in the web browser you are using
- On the account connection page, click Connect, Add New, or Reconnect in the row for Instagram (whichever option is shown on your screen)
- An overview of the account connection process will open, click Personal to proceed
- An Instagram pop-up window will open and ask you to authorize the connection
- Click Authorize or Continue (whichever option is shown on your screen)
Not working? Troubleshooting tips:
- If the wrong account is connecting, double-check that you are logged into the account that you want to connect in the Instagram app on the device you are using
- If you are not seeing the Instagram pop-up, check in the address bar of your web browser for a 'pop-up blocked' notification and allow the pop-up to open
