With email forwarding, you can receive notifications for campaign messages to your login email address, in addition to the platform inbox. Email forwarding is the first of a series of projects to improve notifications and alerts from the platform, ensuring that you never miss a step!
- “Follow” the campaigns you’d like to receive forwarded messages for.
- Receive messages and reply directly to influencers from your work inbox.
- Messages will only be forwarded to your email for influencers that have been accepted into the campaign and are not already in the Complete stage. This logic eliminates extra noise in your inbox to ensure you’re able to prioritize the most time-sensitive influencer messages.
- All messages and replies will continue to be stored in the platform as well for easy reference.
- Forwarded messages are grouped into threads to limit the number of messages in your inbox.
