Mavrck’s Bazaarvoice integration empowers you to access your product catalog to collect and syndicate product ratings and reviews.
Once influencers submit product reviews through the Mavrck platform, they can be easily managed and syndicated through the Bazaarvoice dashboard to distribute across marketing and e-commerce channels.

Bazaarvoice Integration Setup
- Notify your Customer Success Manager that you wish to integrate with Bazaarvoice.
- You will receive a Bazaarvoice Client Consent form to complete and sign. Reference the following document to find your database name: Bazaarvoice | How to find your instance name
- Send your completed Bazaarvoice Client Consent form to your Implementation Manager to integrate the API keys with your Mavrck instance.
- Once the Mavrck team has confirmed the integration is ready, all products that you have uploaded into your Bazaarvoice account will auto-populate in the Mavrck platform for influencers to review.
One Bazaarvoice app can be connected to multiple instances in Mavrck and one instance can be connected to multiple Bazaarvoice apps. An instance can be connected to PowerReviews and Bazaarvoice simultaneously.
Mavrck is a Bazaarvoice Content Acquisition Program Partner (CAPP). Mavrck automatically identifies all product reviews as incentivized product reviews when they are syndicated to Bazaarvoice.
Bazaarvoice Review Form
The Bazaarvoice integration supports one review form for all products, containing the following fields:
- Display name/nickname
- Review headline
- Review description
- Star rating (1-5)
- Reviewer email
- Would you recommend this product to a friend? (Yes/No)
Note: Image/video upload is not supported for Bazaarvoice reviews.
Managing Bazaarvoice Products
All products in your Bazaarvoice account are available in the Mavrck platform, allowing you to specify which products influencers must review, or display them to influencers to select which products they will review.
The product feed in the Mavrck platform is synced with your Bazaarvoice account daily, at 9 PM EST. When new products are added to your Bazaarvoice account, it may take up to 24 hours for them to populate in Mavrck.
Products must be properly configured in your Bazaarvoice account to be imported into the Mavrck platform, with all of the following required fields present:
- Brand
- Product ID
- Product name
- Product description
- Product URL
- Image URL
- EAN, UPC, or MPN
