Mavrck’s Yotpo Reviews integration empowers you to access your product catalog to collect and syndicate product ratings and reviews.

Once influencers submit product reviews through the Mavrck platform, they can be easily managed and syndicated through the Yotpo dashboard to distribute across marketing and e-commerce channels.

Yotpo Reviews Integration Setup

1. Navigate to the General Settings section of your Yotpo account and access the following information, per these instructions: Yotpo | Finding your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key
   • Store Name
   • API Key
   • Secret Key
     • Note: Please be sure to follow the instructions fully to access your secret key, which must be unlocked using a code sent to your email.
2. Send the API keys to your Mavrck Implementation Manager. It will then take two business days for the Mavrck team to set up the integration.
3. Once the Mavrck team has confirmed the integration is ready, all products that you have uploaded into your Yotpo account will auto-populate in the Mavrck platform.

One Yotpo app can be connected to multiple instances in Mavrck and one instance can be connected to multiple Yotpo apps.

Yotpo Review Form

The Yotpo integration supports one review form for all products, containing the following fields:

• Display name/nickname
• Review headline
• Review description
• Star rating (1-5)
• Reviewer email

Note: Image/video upload is not supported for Yotpo reviews.

Managing Yotpo Products

All products in your Yotpo account are available in the Mavrck platform, allowing you to specify which products influencers must review, or display them to influencers to select which products they will review.

The product feed in the Mavrck platform is synced with your Yotpo account daily, at 11 PM EST. When new products are added to your Yotpo account, it may take up to 24 hours for them to populate in Mavrck. 

Products must be properly configured in your Yotpo account to be imported into the Mavrck platform, with all of the following required fields present:

• Title
• external_product_id
