A clear understanding of all terms and agreements is crucial for any influencer marketing collaboration. Influencers are required to confirm their agreement of Mavrck's Terms of Use and an Influencer Agreement for each campaign they participate in.
Overview
All campaigns utilize Mavrck's Terms of Use. Influencer Agreements are customized to your program across all campaigns. You can also enable campaign-specific Terms of Service in addition.
Influencers confirm agreement at two points: when first applying to a campaign, and when confirming their participation after they have been accepted to the campaign.
When influencers confirm an agreement, a record is kept with their name, global user ID, the date and time, and the document link. These records are available upon request.

Influencer Agreement
All programs should utilize a custom Influencer Agreement document. This document outlines expectations for the influencers who participate in your campaigns, including payment terms and content rights.
The Influencer Agreement is customized at the program level, meaning it applies to all your campaigns, though you may add additional campaign-specific terms as needed.
A template for the Influencer Agreement document is provided during the Mavrck onboarding process. Your Customer Success Manager will work with you to ensure all recommended points are covered and your legal team is encouraged to review. The Influencer Agreement may be hosted on the Mavrck domain or on your own domain.
The influencer-facing label for the Influencer Agreement document is customizable; the default label is Influencer Agreement.
Disabling the Influencer Agreement
If influencer agreements will be negotiated outside of the platform, the Mavrck team can disable the Influencer Agreement link from your campaign applications. Please note that this update will only apply to new campaigns created after the Influencer Agreement link is disabled.
Campaign-specific Terms of Service
Optionally, you may add also additional campaign-specific terms to any campaign.
Campaign-specific Terms of Service documents must be hosted on your own domain. Within the Application section of a campaign's Setup tab, enter a link to the document in the Campaign-Specific Terms of Service field.
The influencer-facing label for campaign-specific Terms of Service is Program Terms.
Influencer Contracts
The platform also enables you to generate and export printable contracts for influencers to sign and return.
To generate a contract for an influencer to sign, navigate to the Influencer Deliverables section of the campaign. In the Influencer Contract section, use the pencil icon to make any influencer-specific edits, then click download. Share the downloaded file with influencers via email.
Customize the template contract that populates in new campaigns in the Configuration section. Contracts will auto-populate the Influencer Agreement link with a placeholder agreement; you must edit the contract and enter the link to your own agreement.
These contracts are optional and signed copies are not stored in the platform.
E-Signature
Require influencers to provide e-signatures to submit campaign applications or confirm participation.
To enable e-signatures, please reach out to your CSM.
Require Influencers to View Contracts
- Open the Configuration tab.
- Open the Privacy and Legal sub-tab.
- Click the toggle button in the Require Influencers to View Contracts section to Enabled.
