An incentive is any type of payment or gift provided to influencers for their participation in a campaign.
Mavrck offers integrations to create and fulfill incentives without leaving the platform: PayPal and Stripe for cash payments and Tango Card for digital gift cards.

Incentive Integration Overview
Your program can be integrated with PayPal, Stripe, Tango Card, or a combination.
With Tango Card, you have the choice of using a Mavrck-owned account or integrating with your own account:
- Using a Mavrck-owned account greatly streamlines the setup process. A 10% processing fee is applied to all transactions, but all fees from the payment provider are absorbed by Mavrck.
- Connecting with your own account provides greater control. There are no fees charged by Mavrck, but you are responsible for any and all fees charged by Tango Card.
With PayPal or Stripe, you can use a Mavrck-owned account.

Integration Setup
Incentive integrations can be enabled during onboarding or at any point later on.
Integrations using a Mavrck-owned account require no technical setup, however, your CSM will work with you to supply funds for the account.
Integrations using your own payment account (Tango Card only) require a technical setup process to link your account with the platform.

Available Funds
Whether you use a Mavrck-owned payment account or integrate your own account, a balance of available funds must be set in the platform. The balance of available funds is the maximum amount that can be paid to influencers from a connected payment account.
Adding funds to the platform does not withdraw funds from the payment account. Each transaction is processed and withdrawn from your payment account individually.
When using a Mavrck-owned account, your balance of available funds is managed by the Mavrck finance department. When using your own Tango Card account, your balance of available funds is managed by an authorized user of your team, who is determined during the integration setup process.
Your balance of available funds is displayed on the Transactions ledger.

Transactions
Each time an incentive is fulfilled using an integration, a transaction is created in the payment provider's system. Each transaction has a transaction status, distinct from the fulfillment status of the related incentive.
Increases and decreases in the balance of available funds are also recorded as transactions.
Transactions can be viewed and managed wherever the related incentive appears, as well as on the Transactions ledger.
