Stripe is replacing PayPal as Mavrck’s payment processor partner as of September 2023. New customers will no longer have access to PayPal in their accounts. Pre-existing PayPal incentives are unaffected and will be fulfilled as usual. New campaigns will automatically use Stripe going forward. Learn more about using Stripe for cash incentives
If you have any questions about this transition, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

To send payment through PayPal, create and fulfill a PayPal incentive within a campaign.
For step-by-step instructions, see PayPal Incentives.
Each time an incentive is fulfilled through the PayPal integration, a transaction is created. Transactions are recorded in a detailed ledger and appear alongside their related incentives.
All transactions include a transaction status, distinct from the related incentive's fulfillment status. PayPal transactions feature three transaction statuses: Pending, Complete, or Failed.
For more information about transactions, statuses, and potential PayPal errors, see PayPal Transaction Details.
Influencers must have an active PayPal account to successfully receive payments. Influencers are not charged any fees and can claim payments in the currency of their choice.
When an influencer claims payment in a currency other than US Dollars, the sender incurs a 2% transaction fee. This fee is added to the incentive cost if you are using your own account, or absorbed by Mavrck if using a Mavrck-owned PayPal account.
Payments are sent to influencers' contact emails by default. You can add a separate payment email to an influencer's profile when needed.
Pending transactions can be canceled if the recipient is unable to access the PayPal account where the payment was sent. See PayPal Transaction Details for more information.
All payment emails are sent directly by PayPal. The body of the email message is not customizable.
The sender name that appears to influencers is Apifia Co. (Mavrck's parent company)
Additional influencer-facing information is outlined in the following article, Payment.
